Explore Your True Nature
Retreat
The Art of Being Yourself
5-nights Retreat at Jungle Bay Resort, Soufrieres, Dominica
February 23-28, 2027
Immersing yourself in the energy of the jungle can help you tap into your essence and your own sense of wildness. When you leave behind routine and enter the living world with curiosity and wonder, you reconnect with what makes you feel alive, uplifted, and fully human.
Give yourself the gift of an adventure in a magical place where nature invites you to reconnect with your authentic self, awaken your spirits, and see your life from a higher, more inspired perspective – like the Sisserou parrot, gracefully soaring above the rainforest canopy.
This retreat weaves together Qigong flow practices, guided meditations, wisdom-inspired sound journeys, meditations, self-reflection, meaningful group discussions, and immersive experiences in the breathtaking natural landscapes of Dominica.
Throughout our time together, you will be guided to cultivate greater awareness of the patterns, gifts, and inner wisdom that already live within you. As your connection to the natural world grows, you will listen to the whispers of your heart. Your guide
Sophie
Qigong flow instrucor, sound healer, inner journeys and nature connections facilitator.
I am a certified Qigong instructor and have been practicing and teaching daily for the past six years. In addition, I bring over fifteen years of experience in sound therapy, and was naturally drawn to the subtle yet powerful world of sound journeys, offering space for inner exploration and restoration.
Alongside these practices, my connection to nature has always been a guiding force. Today, I weave Qigong, sound, and nature connection together to support others in slowing down, reconnecting, and returning to a more balanced, harmonious way of being.
