General Agreement
1 – Qigong practice: You understand that the “One Day Experience” and “Overnight Retreat” include gentle movement and stretches during the Qigong practice, as well as time in nature.
You agree that engagement in any physical movement is done at your own risk, to participate at your own pace and take responsibility for your well-being.
2 – Dietary restrictions:. you understand it is yours responsibility to mention in the reservation form any allergies, dietary restrictions and food intolerance. The chef and the owners of Gratitude farm can do their best to accommodate any mild food allergies, however they unfortunately cannot accommodate any severe nut allergies. Please let us know if you have a specific dietary restriction to see if it is possible to accommodate.
2. Payment options & Reservation policy
This retreat is intentionally designed for a small group to create a more personal and meaningful experience. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, especially for the limited number of domes.
Complete first the registration form. Completing the registration form alone does not reserve a space. Your place is confirmed only once full payment has been received.
1 – You agree to first make the payment for the “One Day Experience” – Cost per person.
2 – Add-on: Extend the experience to the “Overnight retreat” – Cost per dome
Most of the domes are for double occupancy. If you already have a roommate, only one of you needs to make a reservation for the dome. It is your responsibility to be sharing the cost with your roommate, if applicable.
If you would like to reserve a shared dome but do not have a roommate, we will try to pair you with someone but we cannot guarantee it. Be aware that there are very limited numbers of domes, therefore, it is on a first come, first served basis.
3. Cancellation Policy
1 – “One Day Experience”: If you purchase only the “One Day Experience” without the Overnight Retreat , the ticket is refundable up to 10 days before the event – before November 1st, 2026. There is a $20 administration fee for refunds.
It is non refundable after November 1st, 2026.
2 – The duo “One Day experience “ with the “Overnight Retreat” is non-refundable, but transferable if you find two participants to replace you both for the shared dome and the one day experience, or if your roommate agrees to have another person replacing you in the dome.
3. Photography/Videography
You give permission for photos/videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes.
