Practice Qigong Flow
A moving meditation for health, vitality, inner peace, and spiritual awareness
Qigong flow is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoist Yoga, and Martial Arts. It combines breath, movement, and intention to balance your energy (Qi) for longevity, vitality, and a high vibration.
Qi means “life force energy,” and gong means “developing skill,” so the Chinese word Qigong is often translated as “energy cultivation” or “energy work.” When our vital Qi is blocked, we experience pain. When Qi becomes weak, we feel tired.
When your vital Qi is flowing through your body, your mind and emotions are in a state of harmony and balance. You feel energized and at peace – your organs, meridians, tendons, and ligaments nourished.
Qigong flow is generally practiced standing up and does not require any specific skills or flexibility. It consists of gentle and flowing movements accompanied by conscious breathing, allowing you to be present and centered.
The Qigong flow practice I teach is a style of Qigong that encompasses the Martial Arts (Tai Chi style), Medical Qigong, and Spiritual Qigong.

by practicing in nature!
Have you ever noticed when you spend time in nature, even if it is just walking around the block, how you feel? Oftentimes people notice stress relief, clarity of the mind, feeling better emotionally and physically.
Practicing a nature-based Qigong, sense your life force, and receive nourishment through sacred reciprocity with the life that is always surrounding you.
As you practice Qigong, you are working with your life force energy (Qi).
According to Daoism there are different sources of Qi: the Qi within you, primarily stored in the kidneys, which is the prenatal Qi that you have inherited from your parents before birth. This is your essence, or Jing, the most refined Qi. In Qigong we learn to conserve this precious Qi.
There are other sources of Qi: the air you breathe into your lungs, and the one you get from the food you eat and drink. This is the Acquired Qi or postnatal Qi.
And finally , there is the environmental, natural Qi, or cosmic Qi. Qi is all around us: it is in landscapes and elements – ocean, rivers, mountains, forests, air, rain, sunlight, earth, minerals, desert, etc. – in plants, trees, and all living beings, as well as planets, stars, the sun, and the moon.
We are constantly exchanging energy with them!
Corporate Group Events
I offer Qigong practice and immersive sound journey for companies and corporate events, including those hosted in hotel settings. These sessions are designed to support employee well-being by enhancing focus, boosting productivity, and promoting emotional balance – creating a more grounded and harmonious work environment.
Qigong is a great alternative to yoga, as it is practiced standing and does not require flexibility or prior experience. This makes it highly accessible, allowing anyone to participate and benefit with ease.
Each practice gently closes with sound healing, to help the body reset, melt away stress, and enhance focus and mental clarity.

How to register, attend a livestream class or event, or watch recorded videos
Hi everyone, I’ve just set up my class schedule on a platform called Ubindi. Please have a look at my schedule and sign up for classes here: https://app.ubindi.com/Sophie.Zambrano
You will see the schedule, livestream classes and special events on the calendar under “classes”.
You can sign-up and purchase one class or one event or, go to “Pack” to become a member or buy a package of 10 classes.

Click “Pack” to become a member or buy a package of 10 classes.

Click “videos” to watch the recorded classes. It is free for members, or you can use yur credit if you purchased a package of 10.

Our online classes are using Zoom.
If Zoom is a new thing for you, you should create a Zoom account and install the Zoom application on your computer or device well before you try to join your first class. We also strongly recommend that you are logged in to your Zoom account before you try to join your class from Ubindi. This will ensure a seamless experience!
Joining an online class
After registering for an online class, you will receive a confirmation email that looks like this:

If you don’t see this email in your normal inbox, please check your spam folder. If you do find it there, please move it out of spam so it gets into your regular inbox next time!
You’ll also receive a very similar reminder email 15 minutes before the beginning of class.
The button stays active for the duration of the class, so if you lose the connection and need to rejoin class, simply click the button in either of the emails again.
You can also join class from your teacher’s Ubindi page
15 minutes before class starts, simply go to your teacher’s Ubindi page, and make sure to log in. Find the class you’ve registered for and click the ‘Join class now’ button.

If you’re early
The button in either the confirmation or reminder emails you received only works 15 minutes before class, not earlier. If you click it before that you’ll see the following and you’ll just need to go back to the email and click the button again, 15 minutes before class starts.

Troubleshooting or other questions:
If, for some reason, clicking the button doesn’t work (perhaps you have a popup blocker enabled?!) you’ll see a green message that looks like this, and all you need to do is paste the link into your browser:
If you are logged in, have registered for class already but you don’t see the ‘Join class now’ button, please refresh the page and it should appear (different browsers behave differently).
If you loose the connection and need to rejoin the class
If for some reason you experience a problem on Zoom, or loose the connection, and you need to rejoin the class, find the class confirmation or reminder email and click the green ‘Join class here’ button again. This will take you directly back to the class, and you’ll be able to rejoin.
How to ‘unregister’ from class
If you can’t attend a class you had registered for, ‘unregistering’ is a nice thing to do, because it frees up a spot for someone else.
If you registered for the class using a class pass, when you unregister you’ll get one class credit back automatically. If you paid for the class in advance, please contact your teacher for a refund (if that’s in their policy).
Here’s how to ‘unregister’ from class:
- On your teacher’s schedule, click on the class you wish to unregister from. It will open a pop-up with the class details
- At the bottom left of the pop-up, click the ‘going’ button
- Next, you will be asked if you want to cancel your attendance or stay signed up.
- Click ‘cancel me’ to unregister from the class.
