Working with the energies, I am combining the benefits from the Qigong flow practice , with the sound healing . I am guiding participants through a transformational inner journey. Themes of the energy vary at each event. This is a self-development practice that can take time to integrate and evolve.
What if there was a way to counteract the constant solicitations of the media, social media, and video games in our mind to slow down racing thoughts in the mind?

Pure relaxation with sacred Sound
I am inviting you on a journey into deep relaxation, clearing and balancing the energy within, at the sound of the drum, gong, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, flute, and other sound healing instruments.
As a start, the repetitive rhythm of rattles and drums will alter your state of mind so you can connect to your subconscious. I will guide you into your inner journey, so you can set your intentions and tap to your inner Wisdom. Drums and rattles have been used around the world by indigenous for thousands of years.
Then the deeply meditative , relaxing and rejuvenating sound journey will begin.
The sacred sound of the gong clears blockages and restores the free flow of vital energy throughout the body. The mind cannot resist the sound of the gong so you will enter in a very peaceful state of mind.
The sound frequency of singing bowls harmonizes our vibrating cells through oscillation and resonance, it brings our mind in a meditative state (alpha and theta brain waves) which creates a general emotional wellbeing.
A multitude soothing sounds such as chimes, water flowing, flute and other instruments will carry you into a new realm, in a dreamlike state. A profound experience within.
You will leave the session feeling refreshed and peaceful.
Qigong Flow practices are included in group events.
This practice clears your energy pathways and prepares your body to receive more deeply the sound healing frequencies.

Welcome to my Home (OM) Studio – a space for presence and connection. Offering private sessions and small group experiences in sound healing, Qigong, cacao ceremonies, and floating sound bath. Located in Hollywood, FL. Details location provided upon booking.
One-on-one inner journey with sound and vibrational therapy
I am also offering private sessions using Acutonics tuning forks, based on the frequencies of the planets and applied on acupuncture points.
The session is followed by a wisdom-guided sound journey for integration and deep relaxation.
A few words about tuning forks: The sound waves of the forks applied on the body, vibrate and travel deeply into the body along meridians, our energy pathways. The tuning forks rich in resonance and vibration connects with and supports the body’s natural frequencies, helps the release of blocked energy, stimulates and balances the body’s physical and subtle energy field, promotes deep inner harmony, enables our self-healing abilities and brings a sense of well-being, attunement and homeostasis.
